• From the field to the bottle, true km0. The farm "All' Antica Scuderia del Castello", located in Susans di Majano, began cultivating olive trees for oil production in 1997. A careful selection of varieties, including the native Bianchera from Friuli, combined with an ideal climate, has led to significant growth in olive production, prompting the decision to install an oil mill directly on the farm. The olives are handpicked and immediately processed in the mill using cold pressing: the result is a top-quality oil that preserves its organoleptic properties. The EVO oil has been selected by Slow Food as one of the best productions in Italy.
